About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly strategic and experienced HR Director to lead their Human Resources function and partner with senior leadership in driving organizational growth. This role requires a strong balance of business acumen, people leadership, and operational excellence, with the ability to design and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth, talent development, and cultural transformation.
- Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
- Employee Experience: Design programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention across all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Development: Drive performance management, leadership development, and learning initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive compensation frameworks, total rewards programs, and compliance with local/integral labor laws.
- Change Management: Act as a trusted advisor during organizational transformations, ensuring smooth communication and cultural alignment.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with legal and ethical standards across jurisdictions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
- Proven experience in multinational or complex business environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and influence organizational direction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual [English +Spanish)
