What Will You Do?
- Oversee the planning, development, and launch of multiple websites built on WordPress and other platforms, ensuring they meet client goals and industry standards
- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Work with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Review and approve all work to ensure accessibility, SEO best practices, and overall quality
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience managing WordPress development projects in a digital marketing agency
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field
- Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress development, as well as familiarity with other CMS platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in custom WordPress plugin development project management
- Coding experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web dev languages
Work-timings
- Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)
