Job summary to support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a water treatment engineer located in guadalajara, north campus.reporting to the facilities manager the water treatment engineer is responsible for capable of supervising processes, monitoring critical parameters, and ensuring the proper functioning of purification systems, chilled-water processes, and water service installations across multiple operations.this role ensures compliance, quality, and optimal performance of all water-related systems.what a typical day looks like: supervise water treatment processes including reverse osmosis, softeners, filtration, ion exchange, and advanced purification systems.monitor key parameters such as ph, conductivity, resistivity, hardness, and make operational adjustments as needed.oversee installation and maintenance of water service lines, piping systems, and hydraulic infrastructure for various equipment and processes.manage chiller and chilled-water systems, ensuring water quality for thermal processes.prepare and analyze technical reports, performance indicators, and quality logs.coordinate activities with external vendors and internal teams such as facilities and bms.train operational staff and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.the experience we're looking to add to our team: ba/bs degree in chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, or related fields.experience as a water treatment engineer or a similar position.intermediate english skills (spoken and written).knowledge of water treatment systems or purification processes.knowledge of operating pumps, membranes, filters, softeners, and process equipment.experience in water service installations, piping systems, and reading engineering diagrams.preferred experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or process-based industries.personnel management.schedule availability.what you'll receive for the great work you provide: competitive salary.life
