the role

we're hiring an e-commerce marketing manager based in mexico.

this role will be primarily focused on our marketing efforts for our core u.s. business and not for the mexican market, although that could evolve in the future if we launch the product in mexico. Because of this, fluent (near-perfect) english is required.

we're looking for someone with strong experience as a well-rounded marketer for a fast-growing consumer or lifestyle brand or for agencies that work with them. Your experience must show that you know how to deliver results across creative direction, influencer marketing, content sourcing, and growth marketing.

what we're looking for

we're looking for an e-commerce marketing manager who has proven experience scaling a consumer e-commerce or consumer brand.

this is not a narrow role — it's hands-on and full-cycle. You will:

* direct campaigns – come up with strong creative marketing ideas.
* source content – micro-influencers, photographers, videographers.
* negotiate – contracts, costs, and usage rights.
* manage execution – oversee content production and deliverables.
* run distribution – post, boost, and manage paid social.
* drive results – measurable follower growth and e-commerce sales.

we are not looking for:

* analytics-only marketers from big agencies.
* pure creatives who never sourced or negotiated with creators.
* small-time social media managers making flyers or short posts without real growth results.

responsibilities

* creative direction for digital, social, and retail campaigns.
* build and manage a pipeline of influencers and content creators.
* oversee content production optimized for paid social and e-commerce.
* manage paid social campaigns; measure roi and double down on winners.
* support e-commerce growth (shopify, amazon mx, etc.).
* brief and manage designers for retail marketing assets (flyers, posters, displays).

requirements

* proven track record growing a consumer e-commerce or consumer/lifestyle brand.
* experience in influencer marketing, content sourcing, or affiliate programs.
* strong grasp of paid social and how to convert content into sales.
* fluent in english & spanish.
