the role
we have an existing fortune 500 client based in reynosa mx with an urgent need for a network operations / noc analyst ith (sql data mining skills along with
tools like solarwinds or netbrain.
candidates can be
remote anywhere in but willing to work occasionally work onsite reynosa. Those local or within commuting distance to reynosa are preferred.
this is a multi-year engagement and we will offer salary and full benefits.
candidates will have the option of converting to the client's direct payroll after fulfilling the mandatory period comprising a few years of contract.
responsibilities:
monitor network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues and outages promptly.
prepare detailed network diagrams and documenting network processes and changes for future reference
designing and developing power bi reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
gathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysis.
maintain and develop dashboards for network assets in service-now, will be able to collaborate with existing snow team on this
support network solutions including switching, routing, software defined networking, circuit management/telecom connectivity.
requirements
ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
experience
manage periodic software/firmware upgrades of network infrastructure and provide handle reactive and proactive problem tickets.
sql for data mining.
tools such as solarwinds and/or netbrain etc...
this is first and second level noc engineer. Ticket in queue, review, remediate or escalate
big plus: create dashboards using powerbi that serves the needs of a noc
