principle duties and responsibilities:
essential functions:
1. negotiates, contract and coordinates, operation supplies, capital projects, building requirements and all services for the company .
2. indirect material purchases through contracts, open purchase orders, masters, etc .
3. negotiates national and international contracts for indirect material and services, solving receipt and invoicing problems .
4. expedites urgent materials.
perform other duties as assigned.
