this is a full-time on-site role for an assistant located in coyoacán, cmx. The assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including managing schedules, organizing documents, and coordinating meetings. The role will also involve handling communication, both internally and externally, conducting research, and supporting various departments as needed. The assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

* experience in managing schedules and coordinating meetings

* bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
* prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is beneficial
