Duties (including but not limited to)*:maintain and support the data integrity and organization of art and designs within the erp system. *support the implementation and development of our digital asset management system. *work closely with artists, licensing, sales, and other staff to ensure all art and designs are uploaded in a timely manner. *correspond with artist regarding accuracy of art and all designs. *ensure that all files are correctly structured to maintain integrity and usability of files. *work with your manager to review and implement new features and customizations for the erp system.
required knowledge, skills &/or abilities:
- working knowledge of microsoft office suite
- knowledge in photoshop and ai files
- must be detail-oriented
- self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision
- ability to input data accurately and quickly
- ability to work in high pace/high volume environment
- maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks
