Acting as a liaison between employees, payroll, hr, and other departments to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Escalating complex cases to the appropriate business areas for timely resolution. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of interactions and transactions. Ensuring adherence to service level agreements, applicable policies, laws, and regulations.what are we looking for? English proficiency (required). High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 1+ year of experience in customer service, back-office support, payroll, or human resources. Ability to manage and accurately process high-volume payroll and hr inquiries. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.considered a plus: bilingual: spanish, english and/or portuguese. Experience with platforms such as adp or workday. Previous contact/call center experience. Knowledge of hr/payroll regulations and best practices.
