duties and responsibilities of the customer engagement officer
* develop and deliver clear, engaging communications across digital, print, social media, web and face-to-face channels.
* produce resident-focused content including newsletters, faqs, project updates, briefings and web copy, simplifying complex regeneration activity.
* maintain accurate and up-to-date project information across websites and digital platforms.
* plan and deliver community engagement activities including consultations, workshops, drop‑ins, surveys and online events.
* build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders and community groups, encouraging inclusive participation and feedback.
* gather and analyse customer insight to support project decision‑making, service improvements and resident outcomes.
* support stakeholder engagement with local authorities, councillors, contractors, media and regeneration partners.
* monitor communications and engagement activity, ensuring compliance with project deadlines, data protection and edi requirements.
essential requirements of the customer engagement officer
* higher education cipr or cim certificate and/ or marketing or communication related degree
* full uk driving licence
