*customer service representative (completely remote job, but need to be located in aguascalientes, mx)*
*hours*:
monday - friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm central time (with a 30 min lunch break)
*tasks include*:
- help prospective tenants troubleshoot lockboxes, or solve any problems with the showing or leasing process. Enter their contact information into a database.
- assign tickets to the appropriate person on our database.
*qualifications and personal characteristics*:
- must be able to speak english. We are looking for fluency with excellent written and verbal skills.
- must have customer service experience
- must be able to work independently and follow procedures and processes
- must be tech savvy and a team player
- must live in aguascalientes, mexico. Able to travel to the us is a plus.
- must have a solid internet connection. Employee to provide their own computer, mouse, & keyboard. 1836 to provide access to a web-based phone.
pay: from $160.00 per hour
expected hours: 40 per week
