the role of talent partner specialist is a dynamic opportunity to support the hiring process across mexico.
this position entails managing end-to-end talent acquisition for a portfolio of vacancies, spanning entry-level to director roles.
main responsibilities include proactively managing regional talent pools for key areas of hiring, organizing local recruitment events to drive volume hiring as required.
the ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the talent market across the region and develop awareness of effective regional sourcing channels.
they will contribute to global talent acquisition projects as needed and maintain a presence on digital channels to attract relevant talent.
the talent partner specialist will collaborate with the regional hr business partner, business leaders, and the wider hr community to understand challenges and focus areas.
key administrative duties include maintaining accurate data, refining job descriptions with hiring managers, advertising roles, and creating engaging content.
requirements:
* prior experience in in-house recruitment within a multinational organization.
* experience recruiting in the market research, information services, or media industries is beneficial.
* previous experience recruiting across india is desired.
* expertise in external hiring; a creative individual with experience running successful ad campaigns and writing compelling copy for job adverts, plus ability to measure roi.
* fluent spoken and written english.
technical skills:
* proficient user with linkedin recruiter and other recruitment tools; up-to-date with talent attraction trends.
* strong microsoft office skills, especially excel.
* experience with smartrecruiters ats is advantageous.
