We are looking to add a dynamic Sr. Procurement Buyer to the team! Reporting to the Manager of Procurement Operations, you will be responsible that purchase goods, materials and services and company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing. You will negotiate midsize value contracts, complex requirements and meeting internal client objectives while achieving maximum overall cost effectiveness. You will directly interact with your internal stakeholders and with external vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver on customer needs
- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders timely and correctly
- Manage purchase order pull-in/push-out to meet Honeywell requirements
- Supplier KPI management and continuous improvement including, but not limited to, OTTR, LT, PO Health
- Resolve material shortages and supplier capacity constraints
- Communicate with Planning team to drive supplier delivery to meet priorities
- Interact with multiple departments at all levels of internal and external organizations and professionally to resolve problems in a fair and ethical manner
- Supplier Relationship Management to better support Honeywell
- Work through invoice discrepancies and supplier payments
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes
- Project Management
- Ability to analyze, organize, and report data
- Identify cost reduction opportunities
**You Must Have**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevance experience in SAP
- English Proficiency
- Minimum of 4 years of purchasing experience*

- English fluent, any other language is a plus
- Planning, negotiations, and agreements/contract management experience
- Good technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcing
