Visa consulting and analytics drives tangible, impactful and financial results for visa network clients, including financial institutions, merchants and other players. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing and operational capabilities, visa consulting and analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
Potential engagements could include product development, program launch, customer acquisition, customer life cycle optimization, retention enhancement, benchmark analysis, profitability enhancement and others.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

basic qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of work experience with a bachelors degree (masters degree is not necessary but is a plus)
preferred qualifications
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in consulting or strategic planning and related areas
- knowledge of financial services and the payments ecosystem is preferred but not necessary
- experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance. Significant focus on impacting roi
- strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- capacity to structure complex problems, understanding the different alternatives for their solution and provide objective and actionable recommendations
- strategic and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail that leverages multiple sources of information
- self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
- strong leadership skills to develop and guide conversations with internal and external stakeholders
