- advocate for operation excellence and ensure the awareness of the production specialists when a process deviation is detected (loss codes, low performance of the kpi's, etc.).
in case of any deviation, this position should promote an improvement on the process in collaboration with the production engineers, manufacturing experts, shift supervisors and technicians.
- evaluate, implementation and upgrade of digital tools.
- control and adjust bill-of-materials (bom) and recipes (of currently produced materials).
- review product quality (e.g., lab reports).
- set/monitor/evaluate production forecast.responsible for the successful implementation of the following:- develop and schedule annual training.
- provide training to existent employees.
- create annual evaluation to measure production operator's performance.
- development and implementation of the performance matrix to evaluate operation technicians.active backup for: manufacturing experts / improvement engineerwork relations- internals: production, tsm&e, hseq, procurement, sc&l.
- externals: gut's, networking with other tur and ca sites.qualifications- bachelor's in chemical engineering or equivalent with +5 years of experience in chemical processes improvement.

- fluent conversation in english.english level b1-b2, able to participate, elaborate and argumentation on technical topics during regional and/or global meetings.
- proficient in the microsoft office.
- experience in sap.
- strong knowledge on process software (aveva / pi vision / seeq / shift connector)- leadership skills and teamwork.
- confident, self-motivated, and energetic with excellent communication.
- advanced knowledge of procedures/work processes (i.e. process hazard analysis, pressure safety, management of change, pre-startup safety reviews).
