Key responsibilities:
1. create the doters strategy across viva's digital channels.
2. define and document functional, ux/ui, and technical requirements for all doters integrations in viva's web and app environments.
3. align priorities between doters and viva, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience.
4. collaborate with developers, architects, and design teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, visually consistent, and user-centric.
5. manage project timelines, dependencies, and release plans across both organizations.
6. lead governance routines including status reviews, prioritization forums, and release follow-ups to ensure visibility and accountability.
7. track and communicate progress to key stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
8. oversee qa, uat, and validation processes, ensuring all releases meet quality standards and performance kpis.
