* provide timely notice to relevant parties in case of unforeseen events in logistics or dispatch of goods.
* review advances sent by customs agent for each arrival guide.
* develop guides for shipment of goods.
* create instructions for customs agent on clearance of goods.
* verify accuracy of documents related to dispatch of merchandise.
* capture invoices and dispatch records in inventory management system.
