Genai literacy program content creators
thermo fisher scientific is seeking a skilled content creator to support our program aimed at increasing utilization and awareness of our generative ai internal tool. This role requires a talented individual who can effectively translate complex technical content into engaging training material, presentations, videos, and other multimedia.
Key responsibilities:
- translate technical content into easily comprehensible training material for a diverse audience.
- stay closely aligned and integrated with the coe team to develop content alongside the technology development with coordinated readiness and launches.
- develop engaging presentations, videos, and other multimedia content to drive awareness and utilization of our genai tool.
- collaborate with the center of excellence and the cc&t team to ensure content aligns with overall objectives and standards.
- utilize various media and tactics to deliver content effectively and creatively.
- drive engagement through the creation of compelling and influential content.
Required experience and skills:
- bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, design or a related field.
- proven experience as a content creator, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to translate technical content into engaging multimedia.
- expertise in video creation that has compelling content that effectively communicates complex concepts.
- demonstrated experience in designing, developing and implementing training programs with management support and guidance, with a focus on translating technical information into easy-to-understand content.
- passionate about generative ai with a strong desire to stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in this field.
- previous involvement in technical change projects, with a proven track record of effectively managing change and driving adoption of new technologies.
- proficient in creating impactful presentations, with slideology skills.
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse audience.
- strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with technical teams.
- creativity and innovation in content creation and delivery.
