Regional sales director latam - dietary supplement ingredients this role will be responsible for leading the latam regional growth of our client's b2 b business by developing, implementing and executing a regional sales strategy, in line with their overall goals.
location : mexico city (remote) travel : high (50%) responsibilities develop and implement a 3-5 year winning sales strategy for latam, with primary focus on mexico and brazil lead market entry planning for secondary markets (colombia, chile, peru, argentina) own regional revenue targets and profitability objectives across full product portfolio manage regional pricing strategy and commercial terms to optimize gross margin while remaining competitive build and maintain executive-level relationships with the top * strategic accounts across mexico and brazil including multinational dietary supplement manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and innovative functional food/beverage brands conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and formulation workshops with customer r& d, marketing, and procurement teams qualifications bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human nutrition / food science or related subject 15+ years' of sales experience in a b2 b environment experience managing sales within a company selling science-backed health ingredients strong leadership skills experience navigating diverse regulatory environments
