Digital change management intern
as a digital change management intern, you will play a key role in supporting stakeholder engagement activities, with a strong focus on internal communications, data analysis, and the creation of visual and digital materials to drive user adoption of our tools and processes.
responsibilities
* support the plm stakeholder engagement leader in coordinating activities with change agents (plm champions), including communication strategies, certification tracking, activity follow-ups, recognition plans, and monthly meeting preparation.
* data analysis & task management: assign, track, and analyze tasks to ensure change agents meet their objectives efficiently.
* graphic and multimedia content creation: design and update how-to guides, faqs, videos, and other digital resources to support change agents and enhance engagement.
* internal communication: contribute to the development and execution of communication plans for internal communities, ensuring stakeholders are informed about plm changes and their impact.
* process improvement & automation: identify opportunities to automate engagement tasks and improve communication workflows.
* additional support: collaborate on other engagement initiatives as identified by the stakeholder engagement leader.

this role reports to the plm stakeholder engagement leader. You will work as an individual contributor intern, collaborating closely with change agents (plm champions), key users, and global stakeholders within a collaborative and multicultural team environment.
qualifications
* student of engineering with interest in graphic design, digital engineering, it, communication, or instructional design.
* strong spoken and written english skills.
* availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site wednesdays and thursdays) with an ideal schedule of 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., with flexibility for students.
technical skills
* multimedia graphic design.
* instructional design.
* ms office (excel, powerpoint, sharepoint, powerapps).
* video‑editing software (e.g., camtasia, articulate).
* content management & digital resources.
* information technology & web design.
* familiarity with ptc products (windchill, creo parametric) is a plus.
