Workday Integration and Security Professional
We are seeking a seasoned Workday Specialist with expertise in system integrations and security to join our team. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations while managing security roles, access policies, and audit compliance across our HRIS platform globally.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues with internal and external partners.
- Administer Workday security including role assignments, domain and business process security policies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations across all regions.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver secure and efficient integrations.
- Integral experience working with multicountry HR teams or regulatory environments is required.
- Experience supporting or integrating systems during mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) is a plus.
- Experience delivering training and creating user documentation for HR systems is an asset.
- Perform regular audits of security configurations and access logs.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users and HR teams.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of Workday experience with a focus on integrations and security.
- Skills:
- Handson experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Experience working in global environments and adhering to compliance standards such as GDPR.
