The plant director assistant is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant by maintaining up-to-date schedules and guaranteeing compliance with all requisitions. This position also involves providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, managing the executive calendar, coordinating calls and meetings, preparing and following up on purchase requisitions and orders (p.o.s), advanced payments, travel expenses, and expense reports. Additionally, this role requires planning and coordinating travel logistics for national and international staff. The plant director assistant will also be responsible for organizing corporate events, conferences, workshops, meetings, and visits, as well as translating documents and communications into english, german, and spanish.
