Project director
the successful candidate will lead and oversee projects in the medical devices sector. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies and a solid grasp of the regulatory requirements specific to the medical devices industry.
* plan and execute projects from start to finish.
* coordinate logistics in production line transfers.
* organize and monitor activities/deliverables using project trackers.
* develop strong connections and collaborations with cross-functional departments at all levels.
* ensure teams are aligned with timelines, budget, and quality goals.
* communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* identify risks and implement corrective actions.
* maintain compliance with fda, iso, and ce standards.
* manage budgets and financial reporting.
* lead and support project teams.
required qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field.
* master's degree or pmp certification (desirable).
* at least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry.
* 5 years of experience in project management.
* proficiency in scheduling and managing meetings with core and lead teams.
* experience with tools like ms project or jira.
* flexibility in scheduling and availability.
* strong commitment to results and responsibility.
* bilingual in english and spanish.
