We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support high‑performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO. Key Responsibilities
Depending on your skills and specialization, you may focus on one or more of the following areas:
Paid Media (Google & Meta Ads)
- Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies for ROI optimization
- Collaborate on ad creative and track campaign performance
- Maintain reporting dashboards and prepare monthly summaries
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research tailored to the dental industry
- Optimize content, metadata, and internal linking for search engines
- Analyze technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers
- Monitor and report on rankings, CTRs, and engagement metrics
- Manage Google Business Profiles and other SEO‑related tools
Adecuado Candidate Profile
- 1–3+ years of hands‑on experience in either Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, analytics tools, and digital strategy
- Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Semrush, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, or similar
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Duda, or Webflow
- Highly organized, analytical, and process‑oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones
- Experience in dental or local service industries is a plus
