about the role
we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a key account business developer. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

* maintain customer relationships and develop new customers through effective communication, market knowledge, and negotiation skills.
* responsible for the coordination and promotion of business-related work within the company, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
* complete temporary work assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
requirements
* experience: 3-12 years of sales experience in mexico/latin america markets (maximum 12 years).
* relevant industries: plastic materials (manufacturers or traders), injection molding plants, and background in plastic-related roles within automotive, home appliances, or electrical/electronics industries.
* willingness for frequent business travel (approx. 3 days per week) and strong customer service orientation.
* team player who can align with team decisions and handle differences effectively.
* better cross-cultural collaboration skills, preferably with experience in asian companies.
* language proficiency:
native spanish speaker; fluent in english (verbal & written, including professional email communication).
* education: bachelor's degree or higher.
