we are strengthening our team in sales & commercial management (cmo) at our el salto location.
what you can look forward to as sr commercial analyst:
1. implement best practices for the quote process across all products. Track input, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and adherence to guidelines.
2. drive customer profitability tracking from pre-launch to production. Analyze and report results quarterly to improve performance.
3. monitor market indices like raw material and fx. Analyze cost versus recovery and aggregate pain/gain summaries.
4. manage claim tracking using tools and conduct regular meetings. Collaborate on major claims to improve transparency and reporting.
5. oversee pricing budgets and align them with sales and product line strategies globally.
6. implement commercial tools, processes, and methods in coordination with product lines and corporate teams.
7. collaborate with the sales academy on global training initiatives.
8. contribute to commercial system improvements and participate in special projects.
your profile as sr commercial analyst:
1. at least 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience within the automotive industry is a plus.
2. collaborative and decision-oriented, interacting with internal stakeholders across various functions within the product line. Liaison with division and corporate as required.
3. fully bilingual — position reports to europe.
4. problem-solving and organizational skills.
5. strong analytical skills for driving analysis, deriving insights, and making recommendations.
6. leadership and communication skills across countries, influencing, and intercultural competence.
7. strong global network throughout regions and central sales organization.
8. must have a strong background in finance and accountability.
