*requirements*:
- a minimum of 6 months - 2 years of proven experience in carrier sales, logistics, or freight brokerage, with a strong understanding of the us transportation market.
- excellent written and spoken english communication skills.
- proficiency in transportation management systems (tms) and other relevant software.
*responsibilities*:
- conduct regular performance reviews with carriers and provide feedback to ensure compliance with company standards.
- identify and onboard new carriers to expand the company’s network.
- build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- coordinate the assignment of loads to carriers, ensuring that shipments are picked up and delivered on time and in compliance with customer requirements.
- analyze market trends and carrier performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to carrier agreements.
- negotiate competitive rates with carriers to secure capacity while maximizing company margins.
- coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of carrier services into the company’s logistics processes.
