*job description*:
- administration of windows server, sharepoint, iis, and sql servers.
- maintain sharepoint farms and site collections; responsible for the operation, maintenance, deployments, and upgrades to site collections of enterprise-level sharepoint 2013, 2016, 2019 ensuring overall reliability.
- participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new sharepoint based initiatives (upgraded versions, third-party solutions, and integration with additional enterprise systems)
- develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections.
perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, user training, site backups, restores and issue resolution
- maintain and administer microsoft sharepoint portal server, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis
*qualifications*:
proven experience with microsoft sharepoint 2013+ administration
provide l3 technical support on sharepoint infrastructure related issues.
team leadership experience (or other experience in a mentoring/coaching role)
5+ years of experience as a sharepoint administrator in a corporate environment
5+ years of experience in working with microsoft windows servers and active directory
proficient in the use of microsoft office suite and windows servers
solid understanding of windows 10
experience with sharepoint patch management
experience with powershell or other scripting tools.
sharepoint server windows sharepoint services architecture experience
sharepoint server and windows sharepoint services implementation and deployment experience with creation of custom web parts
experience administering o365, exchange, onedrive, azure active directory and sharepoint environment
experience with tool migrations (sharegate, avepoint, fluentbook) would be desirable
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
business analysis and business process understanding
knowledge of network troubleshooting, fundamentals and techniques.
ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform complex problem analysis
good organizational, problem solving, time management and communication skills
logical and detail oriented
