* make outbound calls to businesses in the food and beverage industry.
* set appointments for sales representatives to conduct coldsnap product demonstrations.

* handle objections and questions from potential clients professionally and confidently.
* maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the company’s crm system.
* meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment‑setting goals.
* strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
* ability to handle objections and remain motivated in a high‑volume call environment.
* experience with outbound cold calling (preferred, but not required).
* basic knowledge of crm software or the ability to learn quickly.
