*your role*:
- ensures delivery of high quality sales material for the sales team.
- leads and directs pricing strategy formulation and takes necessary pricing actions to be approved to enhance profitability.
- manages pricing process, enhances processes to make most of efficiencies and ensures timely response to market conditions.
- supports pricing analysts throughout the pricing process and reports on new price generation and pricing discrepancies.
- defines and steers local-go-to-market process from ideation to launch aiming at reducing complexity.
- formulates secondary placement strategies in line with business priorities for maximum business impact.
- identifies opportunities to reduce complexitiy in marketing and sales processes.
- identifies and initiates sales and field force activities regarding listing, promotion, secondary placements based on market data insights.
*your skills*:
- professional in business or administrative careers
- at least 10 years of experience leading commercial teams.
- experience in mass consumption or beauty companies with traditional channel customers (distributors, salons, stores).
