Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage the selection process.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain a candidate database and manage communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.
Required Skills:
- Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
- At least one year of experience in similar positions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and candidate management systems.
