we are looking for an experienced salesforce freelancer to lead the implementation of salesforce pro suite for our insurtech company. We need someone with a proven track record configuring, customizing, and optimizing salesforce for sales, service, and marketing processes. The freelancer must speak spanish fluently (100%) to train our team and document processes in spanish.
key responsibilities
* configure and customize salesforce pro suite according to our business and operational needs.
* migrate existing data and ensure data integrity.
* integrate salesforce with our other tools (e.g., whatsapp business, internal systems, external platforms).
* set up workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom reports.
* train our team in spanish and provide complete process documentation.
* recommend and implement best practices to maximize adoption and roi.
candidate requirements
* proven experience implementing salesforce (ideally pro suite).
* deep knowledge of sales cloud, service cloud, and automations.
* experience integrating apis and messaging/crm tools.
* excellent communication and documentation skills in spanish.
* ability to work independently and deliver results within set deadlines.

* official salesforce certifications.
* experience designing dashboards and kpis for commercial teams.
