- facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- coach and mentor the development team on agile principles and practices
- identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress
- track and report on sprint progress and ensure that the team is meeting its commitments
- work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it is well-groomed
- foster a collaborative and productive team environment that promotes creativity and innovation
- strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including scrum and kanban
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven experience working as a scrum master or agile coach
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- certified scrum master (csm) or similar certification preferred
- bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is a plus
