Responsibilities
* be responsible for gl, preparation of journals entries for month end closing, prepared financial report of hong kong and aus
* prepare and review balance sheet reconciliation report
* fixed asset - oversee preparation and tracking of capex, cip movement report
* monthly/quarterly/yearly tax filing
* submit the government surveys and questionnaires
* prepare the intercompany charge data
* statutory audit - liaise with external auditors, preparation of audit schedules, consolidation worksheets, rpt etc; prepare gaap to stat report;
* support internal audit
* support lucernex of hong kong
* ad hoc tasks
qualifications
bachelor's degree with a recognized accounting certificate
* knowledge & experience:
o required:
* 5 to 10 years accounting experience gained in mncs
* proactive and team player
* preferred:
* experience with oracle is a definite advantage, but not a must.
* operates as independent professional and strong communication skills
* good teamwork spirit and willing to learn
* strong problem-solving skills
* advanced oral and written by english language capability.
