ingredion is looking for a proactive and collaborative customer service intern to join our latam operations team. In this role, you’ll support internal and external customers, contribute to process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
as a customer service intern, you will support exceptional customer experiences through order management, problem resolution, and process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use your analytical skills to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role reports to the customer service manager and works closely with operational teams across latam.
responsibilities
* provide support to internal and external customers through customer service processes.
* act as a communication bridge between customer service and other operational teams across countries.
* assist in data analysis and reporting activities, including month-end metrics.
* support the implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* participate in group problem-solving and teamwork activities.
* analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
qualifications
* currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
* familiarity with microsoft 365 tools such as power automate, power bi, and power apps.
* basic to intermediate proficiency in english (written and spoken).
* affinity for technology and process improvement.
