the hr supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department within an organization. Their role involves supervising hr staff, ensuring that hr policies and procedures are consistently applied, and managing key hr functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
key responsibilities:
* oversee daily hr operations, ensuring efficient execution of hr processes and procedures.
* supervise and mentor hr staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
* manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
* handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
