work you'll do/responsibilities
as a senior consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.
within order to cash (o2c), you will lead day-to-day service delivery for client billing, accounts receivable (ar) collections, and cash application processes, ensuring performance against service level agreements (slas) and key performance indicators (kpis), controls compliance, and a high-quality client/customer experience. Building on the senior associate role's execution and process improvement remit, you will provide people leadership (work allocation, coaching, quality oversight) and drive stabilization and continuous improvement.

qualifications
required
• 6 -10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams
• identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions
• advanced english level
• experience in finance operations/bpo/shared services with a focus on billing, ar/collections, disputes and cash application
• prior experience leading day-to-day delivery (team lead/sme/acting lead) in an sla-driven environment; demonstrated escalation and stakeholder management capability.
• strong working knowledge of erp and ar systems (e.g., sap, oracle, microsoft dynamics) and analytical
tools; intermediate to advanced proficiency in ms excel.
• strong understanding of receivables/revenue cycle management and internal controls/best practices
for ar operations.

outcomes.
• strong written and verbal communication; comfortable in client-facing discussions and difficult issue
