2 million tests provided to patients, the company demonstrates its commitment to accessible genetic testing services.we are seeking for a dynamic and results-orientedbusiness development managerto lead the expansion and growth of our business, with a primary focus onmexico, latam market.
this role is crucial in driving market penetration, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful adoption of our innovative genetic testing technologies.market analysis and strategy: conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends in the region, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
collaborate with the marketing and product teams to effectively position gene solutions' products in the market, tailoring messaging and strategies to local needs.
regulatory compliance: ensure that all business development activities comply with local regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the biotech and healthcare industries.
cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams, including r&d, marketing, and operations, to build-up the local business operation workflow.
provide regular reports on business development activities, market conditions, and sales forecasts to senior management.bachelor's degree in business administration, biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field.
an mba is preferred.
experience: at least 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the biotech or healthcare industry.
~ strong at b2b sales and bd.ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform business decisions.
language: proficiency in english is required.
