the role involves portfolio reorganization, i&r pipeline, communication strategy and identifying opportunities to reach short- and mid-term objectives.a day in the life of...lead, develop and implement activities to ensure sustainable, profitable growth, including product and packaging renovation & innovation, new product development, communications, and research such as consumer and shopper insight explorations.develop a proposal and execute a strong, functionally aligned regional brand plan, tracking performance (market & financial), health and strategic alignment across markets and recommending action plans to course correct when needed.
propose and execute pfme investment.contribute to the design and implementation of an i&r pipeline, interfacing with all stakeholder areas to ensure consumer centricity, alignment, viability and feasibility.manage packaging design agencies and workflows for the brands, ensuring all parties involved in adaptation and artwork production have the required inputs for accurate, on‐time delivery following brand and packaging guidelines.ensure a flawless idea‐to‐launch process across the zone, with strong interaction with the project manager.what will make you successfulminimum 8 years' experience in management in gd areas: marketing / sales / cdt.experience in regional/general management.experience working in cross‐functional teams.fluent english (written and spoken).
