sr. Learning developer
about the role:
ecolab is seeking a skilled sr. Learning developer who will design and develop impactful learning programs, aids, materials, and facilitate training. The ideal candidate will leverage knowledge of classroom training, e-learning, on-the-job training, and self-study to create engaging experiences. Emphasis may be on technician training, including new hire training, continuing education education, sales training, and leadership development for managers.
responsibilities:
- develop and conduct complex training programs in response to organizational needs.
- facilitate in-person, remote, and train-the-trainer programs.
- analyze employee training needs and develop appropriate new programs and materials.
- design effective blended training solutions that are work-based, learner-focused, organized, accurate, practical, and sustainable.
requirements:
- bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience identifying, designing, and implementing technical, business, and leadership training programs.
- strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- self-directed with strong problem-solving, project management, organization, and time management skills.
