your role
* manage day-to-day aspects of compensation structures and benefits programs
* ensure programs align with company's strategic rewards framework and comply with legal standards
* assist in implementing recognition and well-being programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
* help develop and manage performance-based compensation analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights
* generate reports for hr leadership detailing trends and recommendations provide support in hr initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and global mobility projects
* address and resolve employee queries regarding total rewards inform and educate employees about their benefits and any compensation options
* maintain compliance with total rewards processes and assist in their optimization for enhanced efficiency
* participate in job evaluation processes, contributing to the grading and evaluation of roles
your skills
* minimum of 7 years experience in compensation and benefits/rewards
* bachelor's degree
* fluent english
* proficiency in excel and microsoft office tools
* previous experience with contact with suppliers and stakeholder management
* effective communication and highly analytical skills
