At Grupo VAZ, a leading company in real estate development, construction, and capital investment, we are looking for a high-level professional to lead our marketing strategy. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the communication and positioning of our residential, commercial, and industrial developments, boosting the growth and consolidation of our brands in the market. What you will do: Define, implement, and oversee the comprehensive marketing strategy for each real estate development. Lead launch campaigns, brand activations, and positioning plans. Coordinate internal and external creative teams (agencies, designers, media). Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring the best return on investment. Supervise the production of high-impact commercial materials and presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to design strategies that drive revenue. Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports for senior management. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (graduate degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, ideally with medium- and large-scale projects. Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, email marketing). Ability to create innovative proposals aligned with business objectives. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and high-level communication skills. Intermediate-advanced English (able to interact with international clients and investors).
