about acieta

acieta is an automation company with over 40 years of history in the united states. Our saltillo plant has been operating for 3 years, and we are looking to consolidate its growth by expanding commercial presence in the region and strengthening relationships with industrial customers.

key responsibilities

* design and execute the commercial strategy to open new markets and segments from the saltillo base.
* manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client retention and portfolio expansion.
* develop and lead the sales engineering team: technical training, coaching, and project support.
* work closely with the us commercial team to align objectives, technical proposals, and joint opportunities.
* identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, and present automation solutions to strategic clients.
* track commercial performance indicators (pipeline, forecast, closed sales, margin).
* manage a group of regional sales manager and application engineer to assure the goals of the organization are met.

requirements

* proven experience (preferably 5+ years) in b2b sales roles within industrial automation, controls, instrumentation, or systems integrators.
* track record of opening new markets and managing strategic accounts.
* experience leading and developing technical/commercial teams (sales engineers).
* strong negotiation, communication, and technical presentation skills.
* advanced english for collaboration with the us team.
* availability for regional travel and to work on-site at the saltillo plant as needed.

preferred qualifications

* network of contacts in the industrial/automotive/energy sectors in northern mexico.
* knowledge of plc, scada, robotics, or control systems.
* results orientation, strategic thinking, and consultative sales approach.
