*main responsibilities*:
- collaborate with product management and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- participate in conversations with the stakeholders to define user needs and design goals.
- create the best service design to facilitate usability of the processes.
- design mockups, user flows and wireframes to illustrate the experiences created for each solution.
- ensure design consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all platforms. Maintain and evolve the global design system.

*qualifications*:
- +6 years’ experience in ui/ux-related work.
- fluent english (written and spoken)
- bachelor's degree in graphic or product design or ui/ux-related studies. A master´s will be a plus.
- proficiency in design software (sketch, adobe xd, figma, or other similar tools.)
- strong service design skills (journey maps, service blueprints, wireflows, service walkthroughs) and visual design skills (color theory, layout, composition, and prototyping)
- knowledge of design principles (user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design)
- good communication and business processes skills.
- preferred knowledge in complex processes from analog to digital, it will be a plus if they know the cement / concrete industry.
