Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for B2B companies. We use Customer Generation—a marketing methodology that focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.

About the Role 
We are offering a compelling and competitive demand generation role at Directive. In this position you will directly work with no more than five accounts and be responsible for their performance marketing. You will execute campaigns, interface with customers, pitch strategy, and ensure results are exceeded. You will own the success of your client portfolio as an individual contributor. Success requires strong marketing strategy, execution, communication, and project management.

- Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy
- Project‑manage and organize your accounts
- Build relationships with your points of contact
- Apply deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies
- Leverage a strong SaaS background
- Make a large impact in a specific role
- Bring a creative spark for marketing and a deep passion for getting results
Qualifications 
- 2+ years of agency‑side marketing experience
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience
- Brilliant strategist and true T‑shaped marketer
- World‑class project manager who knows how to get things done on time and under cost
- Availability to travel

Work Environment Requirements 
For roles located in Mexico, you will have the ability to work hybrid from our office in Mexico City. As a remote‑first company we primarily collaborate with colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack. You will be required to operate a laptop computer, use office productivity tools, maintain reliable internet access, and work stationary for extended periods. You must also have a professional background and reliable communication skills.
