*key responsibilities*
- lead and coordinate technical teams in the assembly of electrical harnesses according to whma/ipc-620 standards.
- set up assembly tools and fixtures using cable layout boards.
- read, interpret, and follow assembly instructions for wire harnesses.
- actively participate in npi (new product introduction) processes, including the selection of machines, tools, and fixtures for cost-effective manufacturing.
- design and integrate support tools, test devices, and fixtures into production processes.
- develop manufacturing methods and work instructions for electrical and electromechanical components.
- select appropriate components (connectors, backshells, cables/wires, shielding, coverings, etc.) that meet customer design requirements and local material availability.
- provide technical guidance to production facilities and launch sites.
- coordinate activities with product engineers and manufacturing personnel.
- participate in the purchase or transfer of equipment in collaboration with global experts from the company.
- improve testing tools and equipment for wire harness assemblies.
- operate in accordance with the quality management system (qm).
*knowledge and skills*
- expert in wire harness assembly according to ipc-a-620 standards.
- experience in the automotive or industrial sectors.
- strong technical knowledge in the selection and use of assembly tools, materials, and equipment.
- proven ability to lead technical teams and develop human talent.
- strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- minimum of 5 years of experience in wire harness assembly.
- knowledge in lean manufacturing and aiag
- demonstrated knowledge of ipc-a-620 standards.
- experience in managing technical personnel.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
