This Job Description is not limited to any other job related activities that might arise. 1. Support in new products introduction:
- FMEA’s.
- Process control plan.
- Procedures for traceability system
- Failures and defects codes.
- Final Test procedure
- Reverse PFMEA
2. Coordinate efforts with the In-Process Auditors team and the In-Process Auditor team Supervisors.
3. Follow up and improve quality to achieve goals (DPMO, Jidoka, Reparation Scrap IPMs and PPMs).
5. Report and follow up issues with defective material.
6. Get involved in internal y external audits
7. Coordinate problem solving meetings to imrpove process quality.
8. Along with the Quality Supervisors, responsible to schedule Internal In-Process Quality Audits.
9. Ensure, along with the Quality Supervisors, that non-conformances identified during the audits are properly documented and the process owners initiate corrective actions.
10. Follow up, along with the Quality Supervisors, to all corrective actions to ensure they were effective to eliminate the cause of the non-conformances.
11. Participate in the daily Lot Release process to verify that only product approved by Quality is shipped to Customers.
12. Ensure prompt disposition is provided When a discrepant product is identified in the process.
