requisitos indispensables:
* bachelors degree in accounting or finance (cpa/contador público required);
* master's/mba a plus.
* minimum 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain finance.
* advanced knowledge of magaya or similar tms, expert proficiency in contpaqi.
* demonstrated experience with us gaap, nif, and sox compliance.
* full professional proficiency in english for daily us hq interaction.
* *must have industries*: candidate must have experience working in any of these industries: financial services, fmcg, logistics
responsabilidades prinicipales:
* prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to us headquarters under us gaap.
* develop and implement sox-compliant internal controls and support internal audits.
* oversee local tax compliance (sat) and statutory accounting using contpaqi.
* act as a super-user for tms (magaya), ensuring accurate financial integration with logistics operations.
* provide financial advice to management, optimize processes, and drive automation initiatives.
