Act as a liaison between customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers. Develop long-term relationships with clients through top-tier customer service. Manage client expectations and needs by scheduling appointments for outside sales representatives (in-person or via video call, depending on client preference). Provide competitive market pricing for customer shipments using advanced tech tools. Collaborate with the team to define pricing strategies and logistics solutions. Apply technological skills in the use of computers and logistics software. Communicate effectively, solve problems, and build professional relationships with carriers, clients, and other team members.
