bring in your capital markets domain expertise and transformation experience to enable investment banks, broker-dealers, custodians and asset managers modernize their reconciliation, financial control, and operating models.
help us reshape the industry with the following initiatives: - lead and support reconciliation and financial controls transformation programs across capital markets organizations - drive business analysis, requirements definition and functional documentation for platform modernization initiatives - assess current-state processes and design target operating models across front, middle and back office - support implementation of reconciliation and control platforms (e.g., tlm, intellimatch, duco, blackline or similar) - drive structured change management including stakeholder alignment, impact assessment and adoption support - bring your best skills forward to excel in the role: - strong understanding of capital markets trade lifecycle (front-to-back) - deep knowledge of reconciliation processes, financial controls, and sub-ledger to gl frameworks - solid understanding of financial products (equities, fixed income, derivatives) - familiarity with regulatory environment (sec, finra, basel, emir etc.) - exposure to capital markets platforms (e.g., murex, calypso, broadridge, aladdin, charles river)
